4 Scholarships Available for 2021!
Program Guidelines
For 2021, The Daziah T. Crawford Foundation will award approximately four (4) scholarships, in the amount of $500 per award, based on applicant’s eligibility of qualifications. TDTCF will award a $500 scholarship to a student who will be attending a two-year or four-year educational institution with credits toward Journalism and Performing Arts majors. NOTE: Scholarship funds will be awarded to the student upon evidence of registration in an accredited higher educational institution.
Criteria and eligibility (TDTCF Scholarship Fund applicants)

Applicant must be a graduating high school senior in the year of the award

Applicant must have at least a 2.7 grade point average (or a “C” average)

Applicant must demonstrate community involvement and desires to attend college

Applicant must have a desired college major in Journalism or Performing Arts

Applicants may not be related to any Board of Directors, staff or Daziah Crawford’s family for this presents a conflict of interest
Mail one copy of a completed application package to:

(This includes application with signoff by Guidance Department, letter,
c/o The Daziah T. Crawford Foundation references, and school transcript.)

The applications will be reviewed and recipients selected by members of the Board of Directors. The scholarships will
be awarded in August 2021.
